Zelphia L. Ivester, age 73, of Monroe, MI., passed away January 4, 2007 at University Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI.

Born June 3, 1933 in Speedwell, TN a daughter of the late William Joseph Lovell and Audie Mae Hill Lovell.

She was employed in the Monroe School System for over 20 years.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by son, William C. Pierce; daughter, Karen E. Domine; step-daughter, Debra J. Sweetman; and brother, Jimmy Lovell, grandson, Jacob R. Whitman; step-brother, Hubert Lovell; and sister, Pauline Dixon.

Funeral services will be 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2006 at Reece Valley Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Branscomb officiating.

Graveside 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Hill Cemetery.
