Wilma Proffitt

Mrs. Wilma Proffitt, age 66 of Middlesboro, KY was born July 16, 1955 and passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at the North Knoxville Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernice and Ruby (Hamblin) Runyon; sister, Shirley Terry, son-in-law; DJ Ayers

She is survived by her husband, Clarence Proffitt; daughters, Amy Ayers, Mandy Proffitt and fiancée Joshua Lee; grandchildren, Justin (Brittany) Proffitt, Brooklyn Hunley, Mercedes (Kevin) Taylor, Angelina (Timmy Collins) Allen, Sam Phipps, Payton Martin, Austin Leggans, Joshua Lee, Nevaeh Lee; great grandchildren, Riley Proffitt, Landon Proffitt and Emmaline Cavins; sisters, Geneva (Sherman) Gayheart, Joann (Ray) Peters, Joyce Lynn Martin. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be conducted at a later date.
