Wilma L. Mills

Mrs. Wilma L. Mills, age 71 of Harrogate, TN passed away peacefully January 24, 2020 at her home with her loving family by her side. She was born December 29, 1948 to the late Clyde and Bertha Marie (Bradford) Hounshel. Wilma was a member of Ewing Church of the Brethren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her; husband James Estel Mills, father and mother-in-law; Herman and Cora Mills, sister-in-law; Janice Hounshell, brother-in-law; Charles Beatty.

She is survived by her son; Travis Mills, grandchildren; James Mills, Jr., and Summer Mills, brothers; Carson Hounshel and wife Bonnie, Willis Hounshell, sisters; Lana Faye Beatty, Janice Kaye Warf and husband Steve, Anita Hall and husband Bill, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She is also survived by her special friends; Mr. & Mrs. Frank Turner, Mr. & Mrs. Norman Williams, Mr. & Mrs. Don Lee, Parnel Ayers, Debbie Ellis, Teddy and Lisa Ramsey, Joe Jones and his son Jeff.

The family will receive friends Monday, January 27, 2020 from 1PM until 3PM at the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel. Graveside services will follow in the Mills Cemetery with Pastor Frank Turner officiating. Music will be provided by Aaron & Candi Lowe.
