Willis Teague

Willis Teague, 82, of Barbourville, passed away on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at Baptist Health of Corbin. He was born in Manchester, KY on February 10, 1932 a son of the late Monk and Ellen Hubbard Teague. He believed in the Baptist Faith and had been a coal miner. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Teague and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Betty Maudie Taylor Teague; children, Ethel Hibbard, Earl Teague, Bill McKenzie and wife, Buelah, Omia Roark and Ray Teague; ten grandchildren, including a special grand-daughter, Crystal Hibbard; sixteen great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be at 2:00 PM Monday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel with Rev. Lonnie Maiden. Burial will be in the Laws Cemetery at Ingram with friends and family serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 12 until the funeral hour on Monday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Teague Family.
