He was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church, a retired coal miner, and was a Veteran of WW II.

Survivors, sons, James R.(Jena) Kelley, Murfreesboro,TN., Ed (Linda) Kelley and Bill (Leah) Kelley, all of Bybee, TN.; daughter, Edye (George) Flora, Cosby, TN.; brother, Edmond Kelley, Flint, MI.; sister, Clytie Lee, Rose Hill, VA.;(11) grandchildren, (20) great grandchildren.

Visitation 5-8 pm Thursday at Reece Funeral Home & Valley Chapel

Funeral Service 11 am Friday at Reece Valley Chapel with Elder Kenneth Robbins officiating

Burial in the Edwards Cemetery with full military honors.
