William Ray 'Billy' Wilcox

William Ray ‘Billy’ Wilcox, 47 of Middlesboro, passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at his home. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on June 30, 1975, a son of William Wilcox. Billy was a believer in the Baptist Faith and had been a store owner.

He is preceded in death by his father-in-law, John Bunch.

Billy is survived by his wife of 20 years, JoAnn Carr Wilcox; children, Dylan Carr, Ashley Carr, Danielle Wilcox, Christian Carr and Lindey Rutherford, Michael and Dawn Carr; grandchildren, Jeffery Carr and Amy Carr; father, William Wilcox; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 9, 2022, at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. David Howard presiding. Burial will follow at the Jackson Cemetery in New Tazewell with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
