William D. Turner, 85, passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at Middlesboro ARH in Middlesboro, Kentucky. He was born in Bonne Terre, Missouri on October 29, 1934, a son of the late Stanley and Katherine White Turner. He had been an over the road truck driver. Survivors include his daughter, Elizabeth Smith and his nephews, James Bowling and Jeff Bowling. Private cremation services were held at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Turner family.
