William Taylor

William Taylor, 83, of Pineville passed away Monday, October 4, 2010 at his home. He was born September 15, 1927 a son of the late Dillard and Mallie Lawson Taylor. He believed in the Pentecostal faith and was a member of the Laurel Branch Pentecostal Church. He had worked for Mountain Enterprise Paving Company and was a member of the United Steel Workers Union. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Jewell Dean Taylor; sister, Martha Belcher; brothers, Ed Taylor, J.H. Taylor and Ben Taylor. Survivors include his wife, Oma Taylor; children and their spouses, Theresa and Joe Smallwood, John Caldwell, Michael and Pam Caldwell; grandchildren, Ashley Taylor, Kayice Caldwell, Cody Begley, William Begley, Brandi Begley, Jonathan Caldwell, Danielle Caldwell; soon to be grandson-in-law, BJ Hoskins; great-grandchild, William Hoskins; sisters, Lucy Belcher, Mae Kennedy and Willie Jean Lambert and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
