William H. "Pee Wee" Cunningham

William H. “Pee Wee” Cunningham, age 74, of Tazewell, TN was born January 11, 1944 and passed away March 20, 2018 at the Claiborne County Nursing Home.  He was saved at an early age and was a member of Little Sycamore Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; Alva and Vacie (Smith) Cunningham, his loving wife; Okle Cunningham, as well as his father-in-law and mother-in-law; Ed and Maxie England.

He is survived by his son; Randy A. Cunningham and Rhonda, grandson; Trevor Mize, brothers; Alva “Jr.” Cunningham and wife Irene, Rev. Steve Cunningham and wife Susan, his sisters; Dovie and the late Charles Harris, Clara Morgan and husband Andy all of Tazewell, TN.  Several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Claiborne County Nursing Home, Suncrest Hospice, Dr. Brent Neal and to everyone for the food, flowers, phone calls and all the kindness during this difficult time.

The family will receive friends Thursday, March 22, 2018 from 6PM until 8PM with funeral services to follow at 8PM at the Reece Funeral Home and Valley Chapel with the Rev. Johnny Parker officiating.  Music will be provided by The Revelations.

Family and friends will meet Friday, March 23, 2018 at 11AM in the Liberty Cemetery for graveside services.
