William H. Day Jr., age 83 of Grass Lake formerly of Cumberland Gap, TN, passed away January 4, 2011. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Florence Pauline Day; brothers, Otey and Joseph Day, Cleetus Spangler (Day) and Spud Dyke; step sons, Kenneth and Dailis Dye. Bill is survived by his loving children, Brenda (Terrance) Sas, Wanda (Gerald)Bybee, Bobbie Gail (Lawrence) Olds, Robert (Jeanne) Day, Jim (Cheryl) Day, Carolyn Hyde and Lennie (Marion) Siebert; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; sister, Nettie Helen (Leeland) Idol; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday January 6, 2011 from 2-4 P.M. followed by the funeral service at 4 P.M. at Sherwood Funeral Home, Grass Lake. Pastor Rod Walker will officiate. Interment will be 11 A.M.
