Willard Doug "Giggles" Napier

Willard Doug “Giggles” Napier, 55 of Pineville, passed away on Monday, February 27, 2023, at the Pineville Community Health Care. He was born in Pineville on May 6, 1967, a son of the late James and Sarah Broughton Napier.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, George Napier and Charles Napier, and niece, Crystal Napier.

Giggles is survived by his special daughter, Hannah Taylor; brother, John Napier; nephew, JB Napier; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Honoring his wishes, Giggles was cremated and no services will be held at this time.
