Wanda Tinnel Vancel age 72 of Tazewell, passed away Aug. 5, 2006 at UT hospital.

Born May 17, 1934 in Claiborne county to the late Stephen & Pearl Jones Tinnel.

She lived much of her life in Claiborne county but spent 30 years in Indiana raising her family. She was a member of Blairs Creek Baptist Church. She loved her grandchildren, gardening, crocheting, cooking, & animals.

9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren & her dog Sugar.

Funeral services will be 8pm Sunday at Reece Funeral Home & Valley Chapel with Rev. Richard Minton & Jim McMurry officiating. Eulogy by Judy Moyers. Music by The Dogwood Heights Baptist Church Choir. The family will receive friends from 6-8. at Reece Funeral Home. Burial 10am Monday, Aug. 7th in The England Cemetery. Pallbearers sons & grandsons. 423-869-3651.
