Wanda Faye Fuson

Wanda Faye Brock Fuson, 79, of Pineville, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2026, at Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin. She was born in Williams Branch on March 10, 1947, a daughter of the late Sillis "Babe" and Hailey Collett Brock. Wanda was a believer in the Baptist Faith and had been a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Paul "Fuzzy" Fuson; son, Paul Jeffery "PJ" Fuson; daughter, Stephanie Fuson Emory; daughter-in-law, Jody Treadway; and brothers, Sillis Brock, Jr. and Harold Brock.

Wanda is survived by her daughter, Angela Denise Hoskins and Johnny Minor; sons, Russell Fuson, Steve Alan Fuson, and Clifton Shane Fuson; grandchildren, Justin Hoskins, David Hoskins, Camden Fuson, Brandon Fuson, Daniel Lamb, and Dylan Lamb; great-grandchildren, Daniel Hoskins, Owen Hoskins, Tate Hoskins, Jude Hoskins, and Weston Lamb; siblings, Helen and Gene Roper, Jimmy Brock, Orville and Jewel Brock, Gary and Kathy Brock, Jackie Brock, Bonnie and Donnie Napier, Jewel and Estill Miller, Vernon Brock, Donnie and Bonnie Brock, Ricky Brock, Norma Gray, and Marilyn and Jerry Allen; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 PM on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Shelly Gibson and Rev. Robert Partin presiding. Music will be provided by the Gibson Family. Burial will follow at the Shackleford Cemetery in Meldrum. Pallbearers will be Josh Allen, Jordan Allen, Larry Barnett, and Jerry Allen.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to serve the Fuson Family.
