Wanda Mae Franks

Wanda Mae Franks, 69, of Hulen, Kentucky passed away Saturday, December 8, 2018 at her home. She was born May 3, 1949 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Rev. H.A. and Opal (Forrester) Blevins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Kathleen Jordan and brother, Hardy Blevins. Survivors include her loving husband of 52 ½ years, Ray Franks and their children; Ray Kenny Franks and wife Myrtle, Loyod Hardy Franks and wife Margaret, and daughter Erica S. Franks, grandchildren; Dylan Franks, Makenna Franks and Brianna Daniels who was also her special caregiver, brothers; Paul Helton, Stanley Blevins, Ish Blevins and Cale Blevins, sisters; Francis Blevins Sams, Alice Stich and Cora Lee Farley, Special Brother in Law James Burkhart and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Services will be Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 8:00PM at the Mathel Holiness Church with the Rev. James Roark, Brother Danny Gray and Brother James Burkhart officiating, Music will be provided by the Mathel Church Singers. Burial will be in the Calloway Cemetery, Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 11:00AM. Brothers of Mathel Holiness Church will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 11, 2018 from 5:00PM until funeral hour at 8:00PM.
