Walter Saylor

Walter Samuel Saylor, 69 of Hulen passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2010 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. Born in Insull, Kentucky on March 23, 1941, he was the son of the late Sam and Mary Phelps Saylor. He was a believer of the Baptist faith and had retired from the Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation in Lockland, OH. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Morris and James Saylor. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Wanda Faye Hobbs Saylor of Hulen; children, Michelle and Jason Griffin of Corbin, Rick and Lisa Saylor of Goshen, OH, Kelly Saylor of St. Augustine, FL and Sam and Vickie Saylor of Cincinnati, OH; nine grandchildren; brother, Bobby and Mary Saylor; sisters, Ruby and Drexel Wright, Faye and Everett Caddell, Sylvia Gregory and Bonnie Helton; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
