Walter Eugene Edwards

Walter Eugene Edwards, 67, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at Diversicare of Claiborne.  He was born in Speedwell, TN on March 22, 1953 a son of the late Coy and Jane Braden Edwards.  He was a member of Braden Chapel Baptist Church and had been saved at an early age.  He had worked at the Tannery.

Survivors include his daughters, Cheryl and Scott Sproles and Elizabeth and Mark Hatfield; grandchildren, Stevens Sproles and wife, Ashley, Jacob Sproles, Haylie Hatfield and Kristen Hatfield; brother, Paul Edwards and sister, Opal Russell and husband, Harrison; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Graveside Services will be at 1:00 PM Sunday at the Braden Cemetery in Speedwell  with Rev. Trevor Bain.  Pallbearers will be Scott Sproles, Mark Hatfield, Steven Sproles, Jacob Sproles, David Russell, Tim Skaggs and James Love.
