Wade Bryant, 59, of Middlesboro, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. He was born on January 5, 1950 at Little Creek a son of Ruby Brummett Bryant and the late Eugene Bryant. He believed in the Holiness Faith, had been a coal miner for Eastover Mining Company for over 20 years and was a member of the Southern Labor Union. He was a great daddy and a wonderful papaw. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, Eugene and Reva Saylor. Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Barbara Saylor Bryant, daughter and special son-in-law, Tracy and Tim Gent, son, Michael W. Bryant, two very special granddaughters, Myra and Megan Gent, mother, Ruby Bryant of Gray, KY; brother, Marion and Connie Bryant of Gray, KY; special uncle, Warner Brummett of Indianapolis, IN and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
