Virginia "Jenny" Hopper, 68, of Speedwell, TN passed away Oct. 19, 2010. Member of Powell Valley Church of Christ. Preceded in death by parents, Ulis and Zula McNew; infant brother, Kenneth McNew and sister,Dorothy Hunter.
