Virginia Rose Caldwell

Virginia Rose Caldwell, a lifelong resident of Mill Creek, Kentucky, was born on November 6, 1943. She passed peacefully surrounded by her family to be with the Lord on August 19, 2022. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lettie Johnson; husband, Elihue Caldwell; and brothers, Ronnie Johnson and Michael Johnson. Virginia is survived by four daughters, Barbara Saylor and husband, J.B., Bonnie Saylor and husband, Andy, Geraldine Bush and husband, Terry, and Glenda Saylor and husband, Willard; brother, Ralph Johnson; along with her grandchildren, Jennifer Mills and husband, Alex, Katrina Turner and husband, Willie, Gabriel Saylor, Justin Saylor, Dustin Saylor, Brandon Saylor, Michael Bush, Jacob Bush, and Tiffany Bush. Virginia also had sixteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She was a kind person ,and loving mother and grandmother. She had a special place in her heart for all animals especially dogs and was a proud member of the Humane Society. She was of the Holiness Faith, devoted to serving her Lord and Savior. She loved to sing gospel hymns in church and around her home. The family would like to give special mention to Bobby Brock, Kat Boggs, Ruby Partin, Irene Collett, Dottie Wilson and her little, Sissy. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 21, 2022, at the Jenson Pentecostal Church with Rev. David Asher, Rev. Richard Asher, and Rev. Ben Mosley presiding. Music will be provided by Demus Couch. Burial will follow at the Johnson Cemetery in Mill Creek. Pallbearers will be her sons-in-law and her grandsons. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 12:00 PM until the funeral hour at the Jenson Pentecostal Church.
