Age 79
Virginia Ruth Bruce age 79 of Cumberland Gap passed away March 31st. Born November 13, 1928 to the late Robert & Irene Johnson Essary. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband; James Edward Bruce and identical twin son; Don Bruce.
She was a member of Mountain View Methodist Church. After retiring from her nursing career she was a servant for The Lord that used her musical talents for many years in many churches.

6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren
nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral Service will be 8 pm Wednesday, April 2nd at Reece Funeral Home & Valley Chapel with Rev. Herman Cate officiating. Music by Junior Welch. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5-8. Graveside service 11 am Thursday at The Bruce Family Cemetery.
