Victoria Lynn Helton

Victoria Lynn Shell Helton, passed away on November 4, 2018 at Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Hospital. She was born in Mobile, Alabama on July 3, 1953 a daughter of Hubert R. Shell and Loraine Tipton Shell. Originally from Harlan County, she had been a Pineville resident for twenty-five years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles. Survivors include her son, Raymond Mitchell Helton; sister Libby Howard and brother-in-law, Randy; two honorary sisters, Lossie and Julie Jones; two nephews, Dustin (Chanda) Sams, Cain (Kaitlin) Sams; three great-nieces, Makenzie Fuson, Paceleigh Jo and Caroline Sams; one great-nephew, Jasper Durham Sams; two special nieces, Monica Hensley and Kimberlee Taylor; special aunt, Donna Taylor and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. David Rice and Rev. J.C. Craig. Music will be by Sherry Lindsey. Burial will be in the Blackstar Cemetery in Pathfork. Pallbearers will be Dustin Sams, Cain Sams and friends. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1:00 until the service hour at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the family of Vicki Helton.
