Verna Leonard Beasley age 93 of Halls, formerly of Harrogate passed away March 27th at ST. Mary's Hospice. She was a member of Clear Springs Baptist Church.

Born in Harrogate to the late Robert & Amanda Dalton Leonard.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by husband Cyrus Beasly.

Brothers; Neil Leonard, Dorsie Leonard, White Leonard, & Lloyd Leonard.

Sisters; Myrtle Leonard Cosby, Mollie Leonard Ellison, Julia Leonard Burchette, Laura Leonard Edington & Corneia Leonard Shoffner.

Survivors include: Special friends Ernest & Shirley Wilson and Patsy Gardner.

Several nieces, nephews & a host of friends.

Visitation will be from 11am-1pm Thursday at Reece Funeral Home. Funeral service 1pm with Rev. Jerry Vittatoe officiating. Burial in The Shoffner Cemetery. Friends & family will serve as pallbearers.
