Troy Wayne Burchett

Troy Wayne Burchett age 75 of Harrogate was born Nov. 25 1940 to the late Rev. William & Ruby Hamac Burchett and passed away Oct 26, 2016. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by Son- Kenneth Wayne Burchett, Brother- Kenneth Leon Burchett and Sister- Dian Skidmore. He was a Charter Member of Hope Missionary Baptist Church of Monroe, MI and a member of Big Springs Union Masonic Lodge #581.

Survivors include: Wife- Shelvia Jean Burchett of Harrogate, Daughter- Joy Burchett (& Devan Evans) of Middlesboro, Granddaughter- Angel Cody Long (& Junior) Great-Granddaughter Adysen Jade Johnson and a host of family & friends.

A Masonic service followed by the Funeral is scheduled for Friday October28 7 PM at Reece Funeral Home & Valley Chapel. The family will receive friends from 5-7. Rev Stewart Fultz officiating. Music by Mt. Gilead Choir. Burial 11 AM Saturday in the Burchett Cemetery with The Masonic Lodge serving as pallbearers.
