Tracy Lynn West Phillips

Tracy Lynn West Phillips age 48 passed away Friday April 14. She was born February 5, 1969. She is preceded in death by her father Frank West.

Survivors include: mother- Lois Walker (& Everett) Ball, son- James Franklin Miracle, daughters- Kimberly Phillips (& Dax Kesterson), Lois Phillips, Danielle Phillips (& William Jackson), Tosha Miracle, sisters- Debbie Yeary, Ruth Collins, Rita Maples, Ten grandchildren and a host of family & friends.

Funeral service will be 2 PM Friday April 21 at Reece Funeral Home & Valley Chapel. Music provided by Everett Ball and family. The family will receive friends from 1-2. Burial will follow in the West family cemetery. Reece Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family.
