Timothy "Tim" Neal

The Lord came and took Timothy "Tim" Neal home on February 26, 2019 while at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. Tim was born in Redbird, Kentucky on June 19, 1955 and was the son of Grant and Bessie Lawson Neal of Stoney Fork. Preceding him in death were his father, Grant Neal, infant sister, Henrietta Neal, niece, JoAnn Ulle, his grandparents, Ardill and Dora Lawson and Ledford and Margie Helton Neal, as well as other loved ones and friends. Left to mourn his passing are his mother, Bessie Lawson Neal of Stoney Fork; sisters, Dora Jean Sumpter of Stoney Fork, Faye Neal of Dorton Branch, and Rita Taylor and husband, Jim of Stoney Fork; his companion of 18 years, Dora Scott of Stoney Fork; a special nephew, Josh Baker of Stoney Fork; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Tim was loved dearly and will be missed greatly. Tim's wishes to be cremated at the Arnett & Steele Cremation Center in Pineville, were carried out by his family. He will then be laid to rest in the family at Stoney Fork beside his Dad. The Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville is honored to be serving the Neal Family.
