Thelma Johnson

Thelma Louise Johnson, 69 of Frakes passed away Saturday, October 11, 2008 at Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Hospital having had a hard battle with cancer at the end. She was born in Frakes on November 5, 1938 a daughter of the late Jess and Sarah Partin Dixon. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Johnson. Survivors include her daughter, Ann Calloway and husband Jack of Hulen and son, Jimmy Dixon and wife Mary of Frakes; grandchildren, Steven Calloway and Jessica Dixon; brother, Fred Dixon and wife, Judy of Harrogate; very special aunt, whom she loved very much, Sophia Lambdin of Frakes and a host of other relatives and many friends.
