Terry Pannell

Terry David Pannell, Sr., 56 of Pineville, passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Baptist Health of Lexington. He was born in Hammond, IN on May 24, 1957 a son of David Branson and Margaret Woods Pannell. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Pineville and had been a surgical technician at the Pineville Community Hospital for many years. Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Jeanette Smith Pannell; son, Terry David Pannell, Jr. and Alyssa Henderson; daughter and son-in-law, Jessica and Donnie Hartman; grandchildren, Harlie Pannell, Calie Pannell, Peyton Hartman and Tucker Hartman; twin brother and his wife,, Jerry and Kathy Pannell; sister, Nancy Pannell, faithful companion, Blondie; special friend, Kenny Lambert; special cousin, Robert Sisler.
