Teresa Vettese Baker

Teresa Victora Vettese Baker, 46, of Dewitt, passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 in Dewitt. She was born in Pontiac, MI on June 25, 1965 a daughter of the late Angelo and Margaret Bays Vettese. She believed in the Baptist Faith and had worked as Director of Child Support Services in Knox County for over 10 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother and sister, Oples Messer and Margaret Ellen Vettese. Survivors include her husband of 21 years, Arthur Leonard Baker; children, Callie Melton, Vanessa Grubb, Arteli Capo Baker, Lenny Ray Baker and Vonda Kay Baker; grandchildren, Corbin Silas Melton and Justice Kevlynn Crosslin; brothers and sister, Forrester Norman Messer, Angelo Anthony Vettese, Vincinzo Vettese and Mary Anna Vettese; father-in-law, Arthur Baker and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
