Shirley Barbara Davis

Mrs. Shirley Barbara Davis, age 80 of Lafollette, TN was born March 18, 1940 and passed away Saturday, December 19, 2020 at the Lafollette Health and Rehab. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Primitive Baptist Church. Barb worked for many years as a CNA as she loved caring for others.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Henry and Mary (Fields) Thomas, son; Scott Davis, brothers; Clarence Thomas, Junior Thomas, and sister; Ora Ellison.

She is survived by her loving husband; Glen Davis, sons; Glen Allen Davis and wife Angela, Robbie L. Davis and wife Tonya, grandchildren; James Davis and fiancée Brittany, Amanda Overbay and husband Wesley, Jacob Davis and wife Lindsay, Jared Davis, Sydney Davis, Haley Davis, Hunter Davis, great grandchildren; Easton Overbay, Aiden Davis, Dawson Davis, Madisyn Davis, and Finn Berning, brothers; Arville Thomas and wife Charlotte, Donnie Thomas and Cas Thomas,  sisters; Geneva Taylor and husband Hershel, Gladys Ellison and husband Roy “Blue”, Bernice Kingseed, and Sue May, special sister-in-law; Fay Hensley. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends Sunday, December 27, 2020 from 12PM until 2PM with funeral services to follow at 2PM at the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel with Elder Larry Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in the Ausmus Cemetery.

**A facial covering will be required at the visitation and funeral service.**

Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
