Shirley Rhodes Bentley

Shirley L. Rhodes Bentley, 69, of Pineville, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2013 at her home. She was born in Ingram on May 13, 1944, a daughter of the late Bert and Vergie Golden Rhodes. Shirley was a believer in the Baptist Faith and had worked at the Dollar Store as a Clerk. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Bentley; sisters, Viola 'Bidy' Johnson and Trula Croley and brothers, Arthur Rhodes and Floyd Rhodes. Survivors include several special nieces and nephews, special daughter-in-law, Cindy Avis; grandchildren, Tracy, Larry, Alex and Chris Avis and special friends, Ronnie Howard, Glenna Hampton and Patricia Warren and many other relatives and friends.
