Shelle Jo Ellison Age 45 Of Speedwell

Shelle Jo Ellison age 45 of Speedwell TN passed on from this life to be with The Lord on Saturday, December 12, 2009 with family by her side at home, after a long illness. Shelle was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was a kind and compassionate nurse and friend to her patients and co-workers at St. Mary's Medical Center of Lafollette TN. She was preceded in death by grandmother- Mary Lee Osborne, aunt- Joann Cox, Father and mother-in-law; Robert & Sally Ellison and sister-in-law Emma Ellison.

She leaves behind her loving husband of 30 years- Kenny Ellison.

Daughter- Jannifer Ellison & fiancé Bo Penny & grandson- Bryson Ray Penny all of Lafollette.

Daughter- Dustie Ellison, Speedwell, TN & fiance Matthew Hobbs, Clinton, TN.

Parents- Rev. Jimmy & Alffie Pennington Bowman of Clarifield

Sisters: Jean King, Linda Waldrop. Brother Jimmy "Jimbo" Bowman all of Clarifield.

Shelle leaves behind a host of family members and friends too numerous to mention.

Visitation will be Monday December 14 from 6-9 at Speedwell Church of God. Funeral service will be 2 pm Tuesday at Speedwell Church of God with Rev. Jim Hurst officiating. Music by the Speedwell Church of God Choir. Burial in the Ellison Family Cemetery. Pallbearers: Bo Penny, Matthew Hobbs, Andrew Hamblin, Daniel Ellison, Elijah Ellison and Tyler Pierce.
