Shelby Hopper Age 77 Of Speedwell Shelby Ann Hopper, age 77 of Speedwell passed away May 21, 2014. Born March 28, 1937 to the late Chester & Mattie Hoskins. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by Husband- Boyd Hopper, Children- Kellie Louann & Boyd Hopper Jr., Brother-in-Laws- Bill Johnson & Billy Hopper, Sister-in-Laws- Jenny Hopper, Mollie Hoskins & Gelene McWhorter, Niece- Tammy Hoskins, Nephews- Billy Mack Hopper & Jimmy Prater, Great Nephews- Kolton Nelson.

Survivors include: Daughter- Robin Susong (& Ralph Johnson), Grandson- Steven(& Naomi) Susong, Sisters- Leatrice Johnson & Betty(& Roy) Prater, Adopted Daughters- Lynette Susong & Barb Wilder, Brother- Jay Hoskins, Sister-in-Laws- Jean Hopper, Bobbie Sue Bean, Pam(& Tommy) Baughcum, Lou (& Mack) McDaniel, Brother-in-Laws, CJ (& Shelia) Hopper, Steven Hopper, Kubil Hopper, John McWhorter, several nieces and nephews, Best Friend- Eunice Burnett, Special Caregivers- Laurel Manor Nursing Home Staff.

Service will be 8 PM Friday May 23 at Reece Valley Chapel with Pastor Larry Anderson & Eddie Hoskins officiating. Music by Eunice Burnett and Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Visitation 6-8 Friday. Graveside service 10 AM Saturday at the Ausmus Cemetery. Pallbearers: Jimmy Hoskins, Josh Baughcum, Joel, Brian, Todd, & Vince Hopper. Honorary Pallbearers: Joey & Ronald Lambert.
