Sheila Underwood Houston

Sheila G. Underwood Houston, 52, of Stoney Fork, passed away on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at her home. She was born in Lima, OH on June 20, 1961 a daughter of the late Horse David and Iva Jean Davis Underwood. She was a member of Laurel Branch Pentecostal Church and had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother and sisters, Brenda Carey, Evelyn Asher and Horse David Underwood, Jr. Survivors include her companion and caregiver, Rodney Duane Whitehead; her children Charlie Ray and Emily Houston, April Renee Houston and Matthew Lee Houston; and a host of other relatives and friends. Services will be at 11:00 AM Friday at the Laurel Branch Pentecostal Church with Rev. Tim Thompson. Music will be by the Church family. Burial will be in the Whitehead Cemetery at Stoney Fork with family and friends serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends after 6 PM Wednesday and all day Thursday at the Laurel Branch Pentecostal Church.
