Sharon Castine Smith

Sharon Castine Smith, 58 of Pineville, passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at her home. She was born in Germany on December 10, 1965, a daughter of the late Willard Dean and Eunice Mason Smith. Sharon was a loving mom and grandma, and strong in her faith. She had been a Licensed Practical Nurse.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, JR Smith, Patty Smith, Deedee Green and Janet Smith.

Sharon is survived by her children, Lacey and Eric Smith, Brittany and Jason Henderson, and Christian and Britteny Mason; grandchildren, Kadence Henderson, Blake Henderson, Caleb Mason, Emmett Mason, Landon Mason, and Tucker Smith; siblings, Joyce Buell and David Smith; special friend, Rick Evans; nieces and nephews, David and Jessica Smith, Casey Carroll, Amy Allen, Megan and Cody Green, and Jake Smith; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 30, 2024, at the Salem #2 Baptist Church in Clear Creek with Rev. Allen Mason and Rev. Justin Warwick presiding. Music will be provided by the Warwick Family. Burial will follow in the Gibson Cemetery in Clear Creek. Pallbearers will be Billy Green, Cody Green, Eric Smith, Jason Henderson, Jamie Henderson, and Bruce Mason.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1:00 PM until the funeral hour at the Salem #2 Baptist Church in Clear Creek.
