Sharon "Shelia" Lynn (Bussell) Cheek

Sharon “Shelia” Lynn Bussell Cheek, 56 of Harrogate passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. She was born on September 11, 1961, and was a daughter of the late Porter and Imogene Mustard Bussell. Shelia was a faithful member of Old Yellow Creek #2 Missionary Baptist Church, and was a loving Homemaker.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years Kenneth Wayne Cheek; son Derrick Cheek, daughter April Medley and husband, Cody; grandchildren Kerri Candace Cheek and Kaylynn Medley; brothers & sisters Clifton Bussell, Darrell and Judy Bussell, Keith and Kaitlyn Bussell, Janice and Kenny Mason, Patricia and Loyd Daniels, Rita and Mark Louthan and Pam and Mark Hughes; along with a host of nieces & nephews other family members and friends.

Funeral services for Mrs. Cheek will be conducted at 8:00PM Friday at the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel in Harrogate with the Rev. John Brown and Rev. Ray Gulley officiating.  Graveside services will be in the Mountainview Cemetery on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 11:00am with Mark Louthan, Loyd Daniels, Kenneth Mason, Mark Hughes, Clifton Bussell, and LeRoy Cheek serving as pallbearers.
