Sharon Kay Knuckles

Sharon Kay Knuckles, 60 of Middlesboro, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at home. She was born in Arjay, Kentucky on December 20th, 1960, to the late Virgil and Ruth Christopher Knuckles. She was a member of the Dorton Branch Holiness Church. Sharon was a Daughter, Sister and Aunt. Sharon loved her family beyond measure. She loved the Lord and had Faith as a grain of mustard seed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Ruth Knuckles; and brothers, Warren Curtis and James L. George Knuckles. Sharon is survived by her sisters, Rosalee Christopher and Gary Hoskins of Arjay, Kentucky, Mattie and Roy Sanders of Middlesboro, Kentucky, Tina and David Burnette of LaFollette, Tennessee, Carla and Greg Ward of Middlesboro, Kentucky, Tammy and Carl Runyon of Artemus, Kentucky; brother, Kenneth and Marlene Knuckles of Arjay, Kentucky; nephews and nieces, Jody Christopher, Patsy Burnett, Tressie Parrott, Stevie Christopher, Gregory Ward, Thomas Ward, Savannah Ward, Casey Smith, Brandy Scott, Mandy Maiden, and Kayla Carnes; 16 great nieces and nephews; and soon to be a great-great-aunt to three. Honorary pallbearers are Jordan Burnett, Gregory Ward, Curtis Saylor, Manuel Blakley, and Jody Christopher. Other pallbearers will be family and friends. She will be laid to rest at the Knuckles-Christopher Cemetery. Private services were held by the family.
