Sharon Ann Childers

Sharon Ann Childers, 71 of Pineville, passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at the Mountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Pineville. She was born in Pineville on April 13, 1950, a daughter of the late Charles Rufus Sutton and the late Rozella Johnson Sutton Asher. Sharon was a member of the Trinity Full Gospel Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Childers; and her brothers, Jimmy Todd Sutton and Robert Lee Sutton. Sharon is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Harold and Debbie Sutton and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins whom she loved dearly. Funeral services will be at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Kersey and Mr. Lester Adkins presiding. Burial will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday at the Pinelawn Memorial Gardens in Pineville with family and friends serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5:00 PM until the funeral hour at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to serve the Childers Family.
