Ruth Partin

Ruth Partin, 78 of Pineville, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at the Mountain View Nursing Home in Pineville. She was born in Pineville on March 24, 1942, a daughter of the late Roscoe and Lucy Webb Baker. Ruth had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Parrott Partin; her sons, Roscoe Douglas Partin and John Parrott Partin; her brother, Johnny Baker; and her sister, Geraldine Baker. Ruth is survived by her daughter, Glenda Hoskins and her husband, Scott; her granddaughter, Ashley Hoskins; her brothers, Billy Ray Baker and Jimmy Baker; her sister, Carolyn Baker; her sister-in-law and special friend, Patty Baker; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Private services will be held at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville which is honored to serve the Partin family.
