Ruby Runion

Ruby Ethel Perkins Runion, 67 of Middlesboro, passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at her home in Middlesboro. She was born in Woodbine on February 2, 1941 the daughter of the late Ben C. and Gladys Mae Egner Perkins. She had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother William Perkins. Survivors include brothers, Willard Perkins and Charles Perkins, nieces, Brenda and Tim Chapman, Pam and Ralph Howard and Shirley and Jim Bryant, nephews, Tommy L. Perkins and Billy Perkins, great nieces, Adriana Camden, Amanda Perkins and Robin Howard, great nephews, Rodney Stewart and Tommy J. Perkins, great-great nephews Rodney and Justin Stewart and Duncan Camden, great-great niece Emily Howard; and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Family and friends can share their fond memories of Ruby at 2 PM on Sunday, April 20 at Arnett & Steele Funeral Home in Pineville. Burial will follow in Perkins Cemetery in Woodbine. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family will receive friends from 5 until 9 PM Saturday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home in Pineville.
