Ruby Mae Robbins

Ruby Mae Robbins, 94, went home to be with Lord on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at her home in Calvin. She was born in Calvin, on February 17, 1919 a daughter of the late Silas and Roxie Hoskins. She was of the Baptist faith, a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great grandmother, she enjoyed cooking, quilting, sewing, spending time with her dog Lucky and loved nothing more than being surrounded by her family. She will be sadly missed by her family and all who knew her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Omer Robbins, sons; G.L. and Wayne, daughter; Debra, son-in-laws, Crit Hoskins, John Rogers, brother; Otis Hoskins, sisters; Mable Decker and Christine Hoskins, Left to mourn her loss are her daughters, Ann Hoskins of Louisville, KY, Louise (Aaron) Eakin of Roswell, NM, Christine (Edward) Davis of Calvin, KY, Mary Ann Rogers of Rose Hill, VA, Glenda (Donnie) Lemarr of Calvin, KY, Faye (Jerry) Hoskins of Pineville, KY and Judy (Kenneth) Seabolt of Georgetown, KY. Eighteen grandchildren, thirty one great- grandchildren, seven great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Services will be 8:00 PM Saturday December, 7, 2013 at Arnett & Steele
