Roger Dale Howard, age 37, of Kettle Island, passed away Thursday, August 12, 2010 at Middlesboro ARH. He was born in Pineville on August 10, 1973 a son of James and Sharon Howard Johnson. He served in the National Guard and had been a truck driver for a construction company. Survivors include his parents, James and Sharon Johnson; son, Jonathan Howard; sister, Alisha Johnson; brothers, Billy Joe Johnson and Jesse Johnson; a host of other relatives and friends.
