Roger Dell Holmes

Roger Dell Holmes, 69, of Cumberland Gap, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2016 at Harlan ARH Hospital. He was born in Virginia on April 24, 1946, a son of the late Earl and Sallie Blair Holmes. He had work in the coal mines electrician. Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Deborra Bailey Holmes, children, Roger M. Holmes, Tammy C. Treadway, Barbara Sanders, Melissa D. Perkins, Iva M. Lee Meadows, Jimmy A.L. Howard, Joseph C. Holmes, Joshua M. Holmes and Joseph A. Holmes; twenty-one grandchildren and one great-grandchild; sister, Ruby Freudenstein and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held 2:00 PM on Friday at New Beginning Baptist Church , Highway 63 Arthur, Tennessee with Rev. Donnie Bannister. The Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville is honored to be serving the family of Roger Dell Holmes. Memorial Service
