Roger Dale Goodin

Roger Dale Goodin, 79, of Pineville, passed away on August 7, 2024, at University of Tennessee Medical Center. He was born in Pineville on July 14, 1945, a son of the late Leslie Raymond and Maggie Crawford Goodin. He had been a brick mason. Dale was a hard-working man and a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sons, Johnny Ray Goodin and Roger Dale Goodin, Jr, brother, Bruce Goodin, sister, Mary George Brooks and brother-in-law, Sidney Allen.

Dale is survived by daughters, Billie and Tim Mike and Sherry and Ronnie Alcorn; grandchildren, Hollie Alcorn and Trae, Matthew and Alesha Mike, Jacob and Hayley Mike, Trey Jordan Mike and Elizabeth Ayres; great-grandchildren, Jace Jackson, Jemma Jackson, Jeter Jackson, Makenna Mike and Jax and Grace Taylor; brothers and sisters, Leslie and Betty Goodin, Jack and Irene Goodin, and Jeanette Allen; brother-in-law, Johnny Brooks and a host of nieces, nephews and many friends.

Graveside Services will be on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Green Hills Memorial Gardens in Middlesboro with Rev. Ray Spicer and Speaker, Kevin Goodin. Music by Kim Hensley.
