Roberta Brown

Roberta Turner Brown, age 89, of Pineville, passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at the Pineville Community Hospital. Born in Calloway, KY on June 29, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Earl Barton and Hattie Noris Turner. She had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, George Brown and William Thompson, a sister, Shirley Moore and brothers, Charles Turner, Errol B. Turner, Ed Hitson and William H. Hitson. Survivors include two sisters, Pauline Corbin of Temple Hill, MD and Maxine Fletcher of Mitchellville, MD and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
