Robert Roscoe Lee

Robert Roscoe Lee, 79, of Calvin, passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at home surrounded by family. He was born in Arjay, KY on August 22, 1940 a son of the late George Washington and Jenny Blanton Lee. Roscoe had been a heavy equipment operator in strip coal mines. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister Loretta Brown and Carolyn Binning and brother, Donald Lee. Survivors include his wife, Pauline Ferrell Pittman Lee; grandchildren, Joshua Keaton, Kendra Keaton, Noah Hays and Donata Pittman; great-grandson, Christian Donovan Pittman; sister, Judy Ann Dickensheitz; brother, Charles Edward Lee and a host of other family and friends. Services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday, February 27 at Blackmont Baptist Church with Rev. David Howard and Rev. Jeff Tingle. Music will be by Tina Saylor and Eugene Enix. Burial will be in Tackett Hill Cemetery, Hulen. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Blackmont Baptist Church.
