Ricky Mullins

Ricky Mullins, 58 of Middlesboro, passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at the Middlesboro ARH in Middlesboro. He was born in Pineville on October 12, 1962, a son of the late Ellis and Mary Perry Mullins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sherry Gibson; brother, Jimmy Dean Mullins; and sister, Carolyn Sue Mullins. Ricky is survived by his children, Alicia Mullins and fiancé, Justin Mason, Ellis Ricky Ray Mullins and wife, Melanie, Matorka Gibson, and Tabitha Gibson; grandchildren, Brandon Smith, Karson Phipps, Dakota Phipps, Raylynn Mullins, Awestyn Alice Alichia Mullins, and an expected grandchild in spring; brothers, Ellis “JR” Mullins, Jr., Scotty Mullins and Mark Mullins; and a host of other relatives and friends.
