Ricky Allen Honeycutt

Ricky Allen Honeycutt, age 50, of Speedwell, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2026, at the University of Knoxville Medical Center, in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Born April 11, 1975, in Middlesboro, Kentucky, to the late Ricky Mac Honeycutt and Lavada Ausmus, Ricky devoted his life to being a loving husband, son, brother and friend. Ricky was a self-employed landscaper, who loved to go fishing when possible. He will surely be missed by his loving family and friends.

Other than his father, preceding him in death are two brothers, Harrison Good and Randy Honeycutt.

Survivors include his estranged wife, Joni Honeycutt; mother, Lavada Ausmus; three brothers, Glen Ausmus, Ronnie Honeycutt and John Honeycutt; one sister, Jennifer Leach; and a host of special nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at Cornerstone Cemetery, 137 Big Spring Rd., Harrogate, Tennessee, on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 2PM, with Pastor Gary Mundy officiating.

Pallbearers to serve are Christopher Hatmaker, Jeremey Ausmus, Joseph “JoJo” Traxler, Mason Watkins, Jimmy Dale Harp and Joshua Matthews.
