Richard Miller, Age 70, Speedwell, Tn passed away in his home after a short battle with lung cancer on November 22, 2012. He is preceded in death by brother: Joseph Mueller and sisters: Bernice and Mary.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Miller, Speedwell, Tn., Children: Gail Miller and Richard Miller of Bristol, Tn; Step-Children, Dawne Hube, Scott Stewart, Shannon Smith. Grandchildren: Christina Mercer and Charles "Chaz" Miller of Bristol, Tn., Alyssa Jones, Barbara Smith both of Knoxville, TN, Brandon Hube and Peyton Hube; Step-daughters: Theresa Weston and Dwaina Weston of Bristol,Tn.,
