Richard Matthews

Charles Richard Matthews, 73 husband of Miriam Wilder Matthews who survives, went to be with the Lord on September 19, 2009. Born on February 26, 1936 to Charles and Eleanor Matthews in Knox County, Kentucky. He was a retired master electrician and served his country in the United States Army. Survivors other than his wife include one sister, Betty Sue Martin; daughter, Elaine Matthews Lathem and husband, Steve of Cocoa, Fl.; son, Charles William(Bill) Matthews and wife, Melonie, of Pineville, Ky.; four grandchildren, John Douglas and Abbey Gail Lathem, Benjamin and Nathaniel Matthews. ?He will wipe out every tear from our eyes, and death will be no more.?
