Richard L. Kimbrough Age 61 Of Harrogate Formerly of Jackson, TN

Richard Kimbrough age 61 of Harrogate passed away May 31, 2009. He was born December 1, 1947 to the late Jack & Marie Peevyhouse Kimbrough. He is also preceded in death by a brother, David Kimbrough. He was of the Christian faith. He was a retired Tennessee State Trooper and Highly decorated veteran of the Vietnam War receiving such honors as The Vietnam Cross of Gallantry and three Purple Hearts. Richard was a member of the 25th Infantry and a supporter of Labrie Indian School and St. Jude's Children's Hospital.

Survivors include Wife - Kelcy Bresenham Kimbrough of Harrogate, TN. Son - Scott Kimbrough of KY Daughters: Amy Rea of Martin, TN, Chantal Milne of Clinton, TN and Crystal Daigneault of Victoria, British Columbia Canada, Brother - Larry Kimbrough of Trenton, TN Grandchildren: Rachel Kimbrough, Jesse, Kimbrough, Katie Rea, Ben Rea and Brianna Milne.

Graveside service will be 2 pm Monday June 8, 2009 at Mountain Home National Veterans Cemetery in Johnson City, TN with full military honors.
